I will attempt to convey my level of frustration, disappointment and regret I feel towards this company after starting to renew a prescription at 8 am and finally giving up in absolute horror as the realization that I allowed them to waste an entire morning of my life with zero to show for it at 11 am.
The website was clunky and unresponsive, I thought perhaps it was my end but after checking it was them. It is difficult to navigate, links did not work and information I was seeking was nowhere to be found. I then called and was basically told I’m doing it wrong. Back and forth we go, it asks me to delete an order and then tells me I can’t purchase because I deleted my order.
Wait time on hold was waaaybto long, finally get a lady who was nice and reassured me that it was all ok now, got it handled. Called the pharmacy and after a clumsy exchange of numbers and codes she assures me she’s on it. She calls back and tells me blink says there is no prescription. I tell her that’s ridiculous, they took the money out of my account and sent a confirmation email, gave her the numbers and she despite being the only one working in the pharmacy, took more time to help Me. Enter customer service rep Jacob. I ask him to help and he starts with the same bs as the last one and just rehashes the process which I’m very familiar with because I’ve had to do it 5-6x this morning! Smart mouth, cuts me off, no help and just wastes more of my time. Wasted my morning, wasted a pharmacists time, took my money buy didn’t deliver, was rude when I pushed back on the poor service. I can’t say this loud enough Run, don’t look back, use any of the 50 other companies that offer better service, prices and a much less frustrating experience

It is difficult if not impossible to…

It is difficult if not impossible to cancel your prescription online. The links to do so do not work and lead you in a circular loop.
If you think that letting your prescription expire without renewing will cancel your payment, you’d be wrong. They will switch you to a recurring payment regardless of whether or not you are receiving any medication from them.
Complete scam. It’s worse than trying to cancel your gym membership.

They continue charging you after you…
They continue charging you after you cancel medicine refills under the guise of a "subscription". Likewise there is no record of the monthly charges on their website. Ridiculously deceptive. I've got active charge backs with my bank against them.

Works Fast and Great Prices!

Was worried by some of the negative reviews, but found Blink shortly after placing an order on Roman. Quickly canceled my order and went through Blink instead. Prescription was provided in less than 24 hours and picked up my meds that next morning at my local pharmacy. No issues whatsoever and it was more 1/4 of the price for my meds.

I found Blink after first using a shady competitor

I found this company after first using a competitor who low-balled the price on my first prescription and then jacked up the price a ton on my next one!
Blink Health's prices have been stable and predictable and I have not had any customer service or delivery issues.
I'm here for life, as long as they continue to provide competitive prices.

Where is my medication?

I requested a refill of one of my medications that was already registered with Blink Pharmacy. They supposedly sent in via UPS the next day. Eight days later I hadn't received it.
UPS said when it arrived, Blink Pharmacy ordered them to transfer it to the U.S. Postal Service ! ! ! Now, nine days later, no medications. Both UPS and USPS have an average of days to deliver packages. Where are my medications. I am already showing signs of illness.
Do not depend on Blink Health to supply your medications in a timely manner. Your life may depend on it.

I order my meds from them on line

I order my meds from them on line, delivered to my po.. Had a little problem getting the prescriptions transferred to them and the proper dosage,, that's my Doctor's fault.. Once every thing was in order with my prescription everything thing comes to me perfectly, and saving about 200$ ever three months..I have zero complaints,,...

A friend told me about Blinkhealth

A friend told me about Blinkhealth. I have been using Costco for my prescriptions. I decided to compare prices on the Blink website.
I have compared 3 different medications. Costco was lower on all 3. One by 10%, one by 19%, and one by 30%. Plus, with an executive membership at Costco I get 2% rebate at the end of the year. On top of that, with Costco, I can pick up my prescription the following day.

if you need medicine urgent run away from this guys Unfortunately I did not read the first…

Unfortunately I did not read the first reveaus before passing my credit card, they offer free shipping of your medicine but obviously they do not tell you that they send it with the worst system that exists in the UPS Mail Innovations universe. inovation already tells you more or less what it is about. In each place of transit they keep your package for at least one week, it is not a day definite service, and there is no claim service, it is something similar that they transport your medicine for charity, the solution that Blink offered me is that they would send me free replacement of the medicine that sleeps in a UPS warehouse, obviously with the same UPS system, which would mean waiting another 20 days for it to arrive, now I will have to see how I can get my RX back to order the medicine in another place where they do not play with the client
